Four hours, 6 of us, and by the end of the afternoon your AI team is set up and doing real work. You'll be in your own breakout room building it on your own business, and I'll come round to each of you. Nobody sees your screen but me.

What we're building
Four things, and they're all finished before we say goodbye.

Your whole Marblism team. Every agent your business actually needs, set up and briefed properly, so they sound like you and know exactly what they're never allowed to do without asking.

An income tracker. What's landed, what you're still owed, and when it's actually coming in. Built with you, on your numbers, not handed to you as a template.

Videos, made for you every week. We set the automation up together on the day, and it keeps making them without you touching it.
How the day runs
You'll be building, not watching.
We take it one piece at a time. I'll walk you through what we're setting up and why, then you'll go into your own breakout room and do it on your business while I come round to each of you. Some of you will fly through it. Some of you will want me to sit with you for ten minutes. Both are completely fine, that's what the day is for. Then we come back together and start the next piece.
Breaks, properly.
It's four hours. You'll get up, make a cup of tea, and come back.
You'll have it after.
Everything we build is yours, in your accounts, in your name. You don't need me to keep it running.
This one's for you if
- You want your AI team set up and you'd rather do it in an afternoon with me than in bits over six months on your own

Questions you might have
Do I need to be good with tech?
Nope. If you can send an email, you'll keep up. I'll be right there the whole time.
Will everyone see my screen?
No. You're in your own breakout room, and I'm the only one who comes into it. Your customers, your numbers and your messy bits stay yours.
What if I fall behind?
You won't, because I'm coming round to each of you. If you need ten minutes of hand-holding on something, you'll get it.
What will the tools cost me?
I'll give you honest numbers before you spend anything, same as I always do. Some of the tools pay me a small commission if you sign up through my link, and I'll tell you which ones. You'd pay the same either way.
Is there a replay?
No, this one only works live. You're building on the day, that's the whole point.
